Shipping policy

Every hide ships free within the United States, fully insured for its value and tracked. Orders ship within 2 business days. Delivery by UPS Ground typically takes 5 to 8 business days depending on where you are. You'll receive tracking by email the moment your hide leaves.

Hides ship rolled in a plain box. Yours will settle flat within a day or two of being laid out.

We ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii, at no charge. If you'd like a hide shipped outside the United States, email care@hidefrontier.com before ordering. International shipping, duties, and customs are the buyer's responsibility, and we'll let you know whether it's practical before you commit.

If your hide arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the box, the packaging, and the affected area, and we'll make it right.
